4th time here and honestly… this place never misses food is SO good every time. Easily one of the best in WA fr. Not gonna lie tho, my 2nd & 3rd visits they got my order wrong, so maybe just repeat the order back real quick to avoid that. BUT today was different shoutout to Li (Lee?) she was amazing. Super nice, smiling the whole time, and efficient. She repeated my order before sending it in and finally everything came out perfect Food is top tier, people are kind, vibes are good. Always love coming back here. This spot is a must.

In our 10 day SEA trip, we visited this restaurant twice! First stop and last stop. Totally worth it. I can't find the exact words to describe why we love this pho a lot, but the taste and the overall dining experience just made us feel very satisfied and comfortable. The soup tastes just right, and noodles are extra chewy not soggy. Most pho places may have good soups, but their noodles would be soggy and overcooked. We loved the texture of this place's noodles! The spring rolls were very crunchy and tasty as well. I think they didn't try to make anything fancy, but they execute their menu dishes well. The pho special and Bun Bo Hue were both really good.

Been to Federal Ways numerous time and can't believe I miss this restaurant. The phở here is so much much better compared to Phở Tái across the street. Typically if you order a large phở anywhere, they would give you more noodles. I feel like there was more meat as well. The meats were delicious, well cut. The spicy beef broth was delicious as well. Highly recommended!

I was craving Bun Bo Hue and they really delivered. My husband had the combination rice plate and it was just has delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient! Will be visiting again when we are down in Federal Way.

Came here after getting minor surgery. Was exactly what I needed. I got the fatty brisket pho, the broth alone was so good. I got a regular size bowl and still had left overs. The avocado smoothie is made with fresh avocados not powder. So good. Prices were decent. Service could be better.

So, it’s been quite a while since I last visited Phở Quỳnh in Federal Way. Years ago, I remember the bowls being very generous, with rich, flavorful broth and plenty of meat. It was always a comforting spot that I really enjoyed coming back to. In my more recent visits, things feel a little different. The portions seem a bit smaller than I remember, and the flavors weren’t quite as memorable this time. I’ve also heard from other customers that the broth may be made with more chicken than beef now, which could explain the change in taste. The staff seemed a bit busier as well, so the service felt less personal than before, though still polite. I’m hoping this was just an off experience, because this place has been a longtime favorite for me. I’ll definitely give it another try in the future and hope to see it back at the level I remember.
